To evaluate whether your case meets our acceptance criteria.
To contact you about your submission and, if accepted, about your case.
To pursue recovery on your behalf where you have entered into a written agreement with us.
To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate our business, and with third parties where it is necessary to pursue your case and you have authorised us to do so, or where we are required to by law.

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-restricted locations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain evaluation submissions and case records for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above and to comply with our legal obligations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at info@pphcloud.com.

7. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
